If you’re interested in a particular model, you have two options available to you right away. You can enquire using our online form (this takes about 30 seconds) or reserve the model for £99 (this fee will be discounted from your purchase price should you choose to proceed). Both options can be found by clicking on your chosen model.

Once you've done this, an account manager will be in touch with you to speak about next steps.

We offer eight different types of car finance. Four types of personal finance and four types of business finance.

Our personal finance options are:

• Hire purchase (HP)
• Personal contract purchase (PCP)
• Personal contract hire (PCH)
• Lease purchase

Our business finance options are:

• Business contract hire (BCH)
• Business finance lease
• Business contract purchase
• Business lease purchase

Each of these options offers a different structure around payment and ownership of the vehicle for different buyers - and all of them can be tailored around your needs and budget.

That depends on a variety of factors, starting with basics like whether you're looking for a personal or business lease, and then things like whether you definitely want to own the vehicle at the end of the deal and how you'd like your upfront and monthly payments to break down.

Applying for finance with us is simple. It all starts with our free soft credit check (which won't affect your credit score) which will take you less than 60 seconds to complete. We'll let you know if you've been pre-approved in as little as 30 minutes.

If your pre-approval is successful and you wish to proceed, a hard credit check will then be carried out.

If you are interested in applying for a finance deal with us, we can walk you through the entire process step-by-step as it happens.

You can use our free soft credit check to see if you're eligible for finance without affecting your credit score. This is because it's a soft check - and there's no obligation for you to proceed any further once you done this.

If pre-approval is successful you do wish to proceed with a purchase, you will then be subject to a hard credit check which will impact your credit score. Pre-approvals are conditional and full approval may be denied subject to further checks.

You can either have your car delivered to you or collect it from one of our sites.

We offer rapid nationwide delivery anywhere in the UK. We aim to deliver your car within a few weeks (dependent on availability). If you want to collect your car, you can choose to pick it up from either our flagship showroom in Blackburn or our new site in Corby.

Once you've completed your order, our delivery team will be in touch to help you with this.

If you'd like to come visit us in person, we'd love to welcome you to our flagship Blackburn showroom. We're open 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-4pm on Sundays.

Every vehicle in the Hippo Approved range is backed by our Used Car Promise. Our Used Car Promise includes:

• A 130-point quality inspection that every vehicle must pass to be approved for sale.
• A 3-month Hippo Protect Platinum warranty.
• A 14-day money-back guarantee (cancellation and documentation fees still apply).
• A minimum 6-month MOT remaining.

That's all included as standard and designed to give you complete peace of mind when buying.

Every car we sell comes with three months of Hippo Protect Platinum cover as standard.

Hippo Protect Platinum is an almost comprehensive warranty that covers all major components against mechanical failure as well as a number of additional benefits including recovery fees and vehicle hire. Covered components include everything from the engine to small parts like locks, seals and casings.

There are some minor exceptions to be aware of. To get full details on what is and isn't covered, speak to a member of the team who can run through everything you need to know and send you the key information.

Yes, you can. You can extend your Hippo Protect Platinum cover by up to three years. In fact, if you choose to extend your warranty with us straight away when buying your car, you'll receive a few additional benefits for the first three months of your cover. Or, you can choose to extend once your complimentary warranty has expired.

If you change your mind about your car for any reason within the first 14 days of purchase, you can choose to exchange it for another vehicle or get your money back (you won't be charged the remainder of your payments).

If you do choose to get your money back, a cancellation fee of up to £600 and documentation fee of £99 will still apply.
